Rohan Malhotra is the CEO and founder of Roadzen, a global insurtech company building next generation auto insurance using AI. Roadzen recently became the youngest Indian company to debut on the Nasdaq under his leadership. Roadzen has pioneered computer vision research, generative AI and telematics including tools and products for road safety, underwriting and claims. Companies like Axa, Allianz, Tata, and Audi use Roadzen to provide a better auto insurance experience to every driver on the road. Previously, Mr. Malhotra served as the Chief Executive Officer of Avacara, an enterprise software company that provided product development to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Malhotra holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from NSIT, Delhi University, India and a master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University where he studied AI and robotics.

Saurav Adhikari is a seasoned global business expert with around 40 years of experience in technology, FMCG, and consumer durables sectors. He spent the last two decades at HCL, a global tech solutions provider. He served as the President of HCL's startup corporate networking firm and HCL's BPO North America business, building a substantial IT enabled services business. He played a crucial role in multi-million-dollar investments in technology and software, including acquisitions and joint ventures, which transformed HCL into a leading intellectual property-led solutions company. Adhikari has been a board member of Goodricke Group Ltd since 2019, Accelya Solutions India Ltd. since 2022, and Bridgeweave Ltd, a fintech company, since 2021. He also advises and invests in AI-based fintech and healthcare firms, analytics, IoT and logistics companies. Additionally, he serves as a Senior Advisor to the Shiv Nadar Foundation's non-profit institutions and is a board member of Shiv Nadar University, India. Prior to his current roles, he held senior leadership positions at Unilever, PepsiCo and Groupe SEB. Adhikari holds an MBA from Bombay University, a bachelor's in economics from Delhi University, India, and an AMP from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France.

Suparna VedBrat served as Head of Global Trading at BlackRock from July 2011 to February 2023 and oversaw the company's trading function across asset classes and regions. At BlackRock, she was responsible for driving innovation and setting the trading platform's strategic vision focused on growth and sustainable scalable trading solutions. Ms. VedBrat also served as a member of the Global Operating Committee and the Investment Subcommittee at BlackRock. Additionally, Ms. VedBrat served as the president of Strategic Solutions Consulting from January 2009 to July 2011 and as a fixed income strategy, distressed debt analyst at Bank of America from March 2004 to January 2009. Ms. VedBrat's professional career spans over 25 years in both the U.S. and Europe, and within the financial and the technology industries. She held various positions at Bank of America, ING Barings in London and Lehman Brothers in New York. She started her career as a software engineer with IBM at its research center. Ms. VedBrat is committed to advancing women in the workforce, serving on the Board of Women in Derivatives (WIND). Ajay Shah has served as a managing partner at Silver Lake, a global private equity investment firm from 2007 to 2021 and was the co-founder and Managing Partner of the firm's middle market growth fund, Silver Lake Sumeru. Mr. Shah served as Chairman of the board of SMART Global Holdings (“SGH”), a publicly held Silver Lake portfolio company that he co-founded in 1989 and served as a board member from 2011 to 2022. Shah held the role of President and CEO of SGH twice, from 1989 to 2000 and from 2018 to 2020. In addition, he was the CEO of Maui Greens, an agriculture technology company, from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Shah sits on the boards of several private tech firms like Mercury Healthcare and Vast Data. Mr. Shah previously served on the boards of many public and private technology companies including Magellan Navigation, Inc., AVI-SPL, Inc., CMAC MicroTechnology, Flex, Ingenient Technologies Inc., Power-One, Inc., PulseCore Semiconductor, Spansion Inc. and others. His board service extends to non-profits like the National Audubon Society and the Indian School of Business. Zoë Ashcroft

Zoë Ashcroft is a seasoned corporate and finance lawyer with over three decades of experience. She specializes in complex cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, and financings. Ashcroft co-founded the London office of Winston & Strawn LLP in 2003, leading the U.K. corporate team until 2023. She was also a part of Winston's global executive committee from 2015 to 2018 and led the firm's Womens' Leadership Initiative in London. Before Winston, she held leadership roles at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Currently, Ashcroft is a director and non-executive chair of Carbon Pesa Limited, a fintech company in the renewable energy industry. Diane B. Glossman is a seasoned finance professional with 25 years of experience as a research analyst, specializing in banking, fintech, and financial services. She held leadership roles at UBS, Lehman Brothers, and Salomon Brothers, earning multiple appearances on Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team. After her sell-side research career, she spent a decade on the buy-side covering various industry sectors. Since June 2016, she has served on the board of directors for Barclays Bank Delaware and chaired its Audit Committee since December 2018. Additionally, she has been a member of the advisory board of Barclays US LLC since April 2015. Glossman also serves on the board of Live Oak Bancshares, a North Carolina-based bank with over US$10 billion of assets, and assisted in its initial public offering. Her previous board experience includes WMI Holding, FinServ Acquisition Corp., Ambac Assurance, and QBE NA.
