Rohan Malhotra is the CEO and founder of Roadzen, a global insurtech company advancing AI at the intersection of mobility and insurance. Roadzen has pioneered computer vision research, generative AI and telematics including tools and products for road safety, underwriting and claims. Companies like Axa, Allianz, Tata, and Audi use Roadzen to provide a better auto insurance experience to every driver on the road. Previously, Mr. Malhotra served as the Chief Executive Officer of Avacara, an enterprise software and data analytics company that provided product development services to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Malhotra holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from NSIT, Delhi University, India and a master's degree in electrical and computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University where he studied AI and robotics.

Ankur Kamboj is Chief Operating Officer of Roadzen since April 2017. Prior to Roadzen, Ankur served as the Head of Network at AXA Assistance — India, where he was responsible for building the network. Additionally, Ankur held prior roles with Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd. and Carnation Auto for leading the multi-brand auto repair centers. He also served in marketing roles with Samsung, Citi and Nestle and led digital marketing for customer acquisition, channel sales and network. Ankur holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Punjab University and a post graduate diploma in management from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (ICFAI).

Xavier Blanchard brings extensive insurance industry experience, having held numerous leadership position across key international market, including France, the UK, Japan, and Southeast Asia, for AXA Group. Mr. Blanchard handled various roles in AXA as Global Head of Savings of AXA, Regional Chief Marketing Officer, CEO - Asia Region and AXA Travel Insurance CEO and Global Head of Specialized Insurance. Additionally, Mr. Blanchard served as a member of the board of directors of AXA Travel Insurance IPA Dublin, AXA Travel Insurance Ireland and GIML . Xavier Blanchard holds a master's degree from EM Lyon.

Jean-Noël Gallardo brings almost two decades of experience in M&A, strategic advisory, and FP&A leadership. He has held senior finance positions in prominent P&C carriers, brokers, claims administration, and insurtechs. He has previously held the CFO position at LJR Holdings, a privately held California-based company with subsidiaries in claims administration and managed care. He also served as the VP of Finance at the insurtech Aclaimant, and Gallagher Bassett Services, the risk management unit of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. He headed the FP&A function for the Small Commercial unit of at CNA Financial Corp. He holds a master's in business administration with a Finance concentration from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
